Default WPA using cisco 1200 series access point with netgear adapter

I am using cisco Aironet 1200 series access point.I tested WPA encryption and it is giving authentication failure. Previously i used the same encryption algorithm and tested with linksys access point. It was working fine. In both the cases i used netgear adapter WG111v2. Can anyone suggest what may be the problem?

I tried to access without encryption. It is working. Also i tried in adhoc mode with encryption and able to access from PC.

But with encryption, i am not able to access wireless network from my pxa processor. It was quiet working fine when i used linksys access point.

I'm afraid that I have had mysterious issues with Cisco Aironet stuff -- and zero effective help from that company without a maintenance contract as far as I could tell.

Generally better off with their retail brand (Linksys) though one reason I favour Netgear products and lend my support to Netgear's forum is that the whole online support experience is so much better.
