Calller ID on SPH200D

When a Landline call comes in, instead of displaying the caller Name stored in my contacts, it only shows the phone number. How do I get the name showing?
When I look in my call history after list it show the caller Name not the number.

I don't think its possible because the number in your contacts does not match the incoming number. The incoming number has the Country code plus the number. The number in your contacts is just the number, so they don't match.

There are a number of threads already existing on this topic. Basically the phone doesn't support it, even if you get the numbers to match. This has been raised as an enhancement request with Netgear, but they seem to disregard requests for enhancements or support completely!
