Login issues after factory reset

I've just reset my 312. Twice, in fact, once through the admin portal, and again via the reset button on the device. Now, I can't login.

The eth settings have reverted to default, so all seems kosher, but the default password isn't working (nor the 'new' password), and somehow it's retained my certificate.

Has anyone else had issues with a half-assed factory reset?
