Unable to access GUI

Hi,

I am unable to access gui using http://IP_Address/?local=1
Is there any other way (like accessing it using the software)?
I am using MAC OS X by the way.

-Have you completed configuration using step1 of the setup cd?
-Have you installed the Desktop Applications with step2 of the setup cd?

If both of those were ok,

You should be able to access the Web UI by browsing to www.mystora.com or clicking on the installed HipServ Agent and choosing Open Stora Application (www).

If none of these options worked for you, please try to reset the device to factory (hold the button nearest the ethernet cable between 30-45 seconds) and attempt Step 1 of the setup cd again.
