Smile Final word on Windows 7 support.

Check this out:

It's official. Yes on Windows 7 support. What a relief. I was really under a lot of stress.

No more or less than what we've said all along, Q1.

Keep in mind that the Netgear VPN Client is not on that list.

Any IPv4 device will be compatible with any Netgear router. The OS makes no difference.

Thanks guys. Hopefully this will be both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 7. Although at the bottom of the KB article is saying 32-bit unless otherwise specified.

Well, it's officially "Q1"...where's the support for Win7.

Let's review: Win7 shipped in October after NEARLY A YEAR in beta. Yet, despite all this, Netgear hasn't been able to offer even a beta for those of us who are relying on this device and who must have Win7 support of some kind.

You should see the support thread I've had with Netgear about this. They claim it's my problem...then they say it's not supported. Ask when and they say they don't know. Ask IF they'll support Win7 and they say that don't know.

This company's products may be good for consumers, but they have no idea -- none whatsoever -- about supporting small business users.
