Default Need an Ethernet Switch

I'm putting together a VoIP phone system for our office. I need advice on what switch to buy to pull it all together. I'll have 8 phones, 4 CCTV cameras, and a wireless router. I want POE for all the phones plus possibly the cameras and anything I may need to add later. I need something that is easy to provision. Most of our computers will be patched to our phones. I've looked at the NetGear Prosafe 16 port 10/100 desktop w/8-port POE but I'd like to have more that 8 ports POE. I've also seen that some of these require an additional switch to utilize all the ports in the first switch. I don't get that. I want one switch that can handle everything.

Please help.
