I'd like to know if there's a way to limit a specific users bandwidth usage so they don't eat it all up & slow down the I/O across the rest of the network.

Alright, am not surprised. Will just continue to reset router every time they eat up all bandwidth in the middle of whatever I'm watching on Netflix Instant Watch, much quicker than waiting a half hour ++ for it to load.
