My EVA2000 just made another automated software update today.

Is there any source to see what has been updated and why?

Same here ... my device also did an update which contains "6 packages".

I also would like to know what this update contains.

The software update solved a problem I had with my EVA2000 - the VuNow service(Live Internet Tv) didn't work at all and the update fixed it. I'm not sure what other benefits it has, but for me it is a support ticket closed.

Would it be possible to list the features that this latest update add/fix?

Preferably by Netgear officials but user reports would help as well.

Could it perhaps be that subs now work properly, increased file support or anything else? One thing I hope for is, if not a real playlist, at least the feature to keep playing the next file in the same folder.

Since the most recent update, the video blanks out 20 seconds before the end but the sound continues. Happens with everything I play, and the files play fine on my computer.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I just updated, but I don't have this problem. What is your setup?
I use ps3 mediaserver on my pc (windows 7) to stream the videos to the eva2000.
However a changelog about the firmware update would be very much appreciated.

I'm having the same problem with Xvid since the update - since this doesn't happen on my other EVA2000 which I haven't updated I am hoping that this issue will be addressed soonish. I'm using the PS3 Media Server, because I can skip the re-encoding that way.

Same here, I wish I knew a way to go back to the one before.
