Question No Digital Devices Detected

I'm attempting to connect my computer to my new 9150. I have two laptops. One with XP Professional and one with XP Home. Both are running Norton Internet Security and I have disabled the firewall protection. The computer with XP Home has connected with no problems, even with the firewall enabled. When I try to connect the XP Professional computer, the configuration wizard detects the 9150. But, when I select the 9150 and select next to configure automatically I get a message saying No Digital Devices Detected.

Can anyone give me an idea what I am doing incorrectly?

Thank you!!!

Look in device manager, is the drive listed there? Does it have a yellow exclamation mark next to it?

If you don't see it at all, unplug the SATA cable from the motherboard / drive and then plug it in again. Then unplug the power from the drive and plug it back in again.
