I am encountering this error message on the Roku " There was a problem connecting to the Roku server. Select "back" to change your settings or try again later.

It does not also let me go to the configuration screen to perform a factory reset on the settings tab. What I've tried is to push the pin hole on the Roku nothing happens. Out of curiosity I just tried to push it continously I noticed that the led flash faster with two seconds interval and after that it let me pass through the installation.

I just want to know is this thing is normal? Roku should proceed right away with the installation? Second regarding with the support representative that I have talk to, the pin hole is not the reset button its just some what a power button? Thank you for your suggestions a feed back in advance
