I cannot login into stora application landing page. I can access all my files on the stora. All worked before. This problem appeared sind I tried to install the "5034? update. This update failed.
I tried hardreset and reconfiguring. Every thing went OK until Login to .... I also tried the Diagnostics and repair update several times. No change. Does anybody know any solution? |

In what way can't you log in? I take it you are going to http://x.x.x.x and seeing the login page?
Can you log in when you use \\stora ? Can you log in using the agent? |

The login page will appear. And the login is accepted. But then nothing goes on.
When I type the ip-address. It starts the stora logo appears in top of the browser. Nothing more. |

But nothing worked 'till know. I still have full access to my folders. And I still have no access to stora agent GUI. After a hard reset i went throgh the process without problem (including the login) till it should connet to the stora agent. I also tried several times the diagnostic tool. Nothing went better after. I would be glad about further suggestions for help. Thanks. |

Probably time to raise a case with Netgear or email your admin credentials to support@axentra.com they may be able to help.

I had a problem where the antivirus was blocking cookies. Then when pressing the button to login, the screen blinked and it tried to have me login again. Maybe something like that is happening to you?

Finally I got solved the problem by reinstalling the firmware and rerunning the installation process as written in this forum.
Thank for help to everybody. |
