The support team at Netgear, in Brazil, is ineffective, not read, does not listen and not understand the problem. I sent an email yesterday and was answered with several questions. I filled out the form, but sent the data indicated that the utility "UT.EXE" did not exist. Still got a message for me to run the command that does not exist.
Other than that, I reported that the ethernet interface Died. The interface does not respond to ping. The router does not identify the storage and there is no way to access from network. Still, continue to force the execution of commands that will not return anything. I am not a strong candidate to indicate NetGear products. If it's bad for the end user, imagine what must occur in the corporate world. |

This is a user-to-user forum, but we might help you with the problems you seem to have:
Read the thread How to post 'listall' and 'getpart' information - the complete guide for more information why your PC can't find UT.EXE. Quote:

Independent can run the command, I said there is no network activity. No lights on the ethernet port, does not light anything on the switch, the router can not reach, can not use the ping command, or the ethernet port burned.
And I need data that's there. SC Utility in action: ![]() NetGear Utility Folder (with version 3.0.6): ![]() NetGear Utility Folder (with CD version):

No need to include screenshots of Netgear S/W or DIR. We know how it looks and what files are in the folder......

Alternatively, you can transfer the HDD(s) to your PC and then use the latest SFSExtract utility to copy the whole disk (or a part of it) to another medium. More: SFSExtract Syntax (especially posts #5 and #8 ) |
