Default UTM10 and 10.248.80.1
I have a UTM10 and the log file shows thousands of dropped:
[UTM] [kernel] LOG_PACKET[DROP] IN=WAN SRC=10.248.80.1 DST=255.255.255.255 PROTO=UDP SPT=67 DPT=68

You can ping 10.248.80.1 unless you unplug the UTM10 so it is coming from the UTM10 and is being blocked by the UTM10?

This led to the UTM10 thinking there was a UDP flood and then it dropped UDP and shut down our entire network!

What is on 10.248.80.1? Is that the IP of the UTM?

Are you running more than one DHCP server on the LAN?

There is one DHCP server, it is the UTM10 and its IP is 192.168.0.1. DHCP is to 192.168.0.200 Everyone is DHCP except the servers and they are fixed 192.168.0.xxx

Does the WAN have a Public IP?

Under Wan1 ISP - Connection Status it says: "DHCP Server: 10.248.80.1" But the IP is 184.74..... And why would it place this IP on the local network?

Well it didn't make it to the network, it was dropped.

I would have the ISP turn off DHCP on their router.

http://forums.prosecure.netgear.com/index.php is the correct forum for UTM devices.
