bug report
Hi all,
my device is using latest version 3.2.16 and I wish to report two bugs. ============= FIRST ============= Here are the steps of reproducing it: 1) browse any folder (I do it with my music) 2) choose a file 3) press (i) info button to show first part of information /ID3 if it is a MP3/ 4) press again (i) it activates MediaInfo library for full information 5) press power button /device goes to standby mode/ 6) press power button again, device shows the main menu UP/DOWN is not working in menu, but in MediaInfo window pressing BACK makes an illusion that things are ok, but they are not  only hides MediaInfo window and everything is repeating============= SECOND ============= unfortunately it is about playing of few of my Blu-Ray remux titles, only can provider full MEDIAINFO of those movies 1) THOR (2011) Code:

my NAS is MS2000 with 2 x 2TB Western Digital Green HDD I've tried also via NFS access from my NAS, the problem is the same my laptop plays the movies via Total Media Teathre 5 or Media Player Classic - Home Cinema problem is: the movie is played normally to a point in starting to stutter like lacks speed network, I've also tested to connect the NAS and the player without a switch via cross utp cable... same result only way to see those movies is to write it to my portable 2.5" hdd and connected it to player directly no chance to buy a second NeoTV 550. Sorry, but you are on the market by nearly 8 months and the only thing you fixed the subtitles is that from time to time they disappear outline that does not fix even after reboot Have a nice day

here is the log file Transformers - Dark Of The Moon I started the log file and started watching the movie after a while it began to stutter and stopped it, also stopped and the log file if anyone from NETGEAR have interests to solve the problem Regards
