Dlna media share keeps disconnecting from samsung tv

Hi i'm new to this forum.

I've an issues with my netgear dgnd3700, i have usb external hard drive connected to router for media streaming to my samsung tv via ethernet cable. problem is it keeps cutting out when watching a film from the hard drive i've tried another drive but it does the same thing. The other thing is the media contents doesn't read very quick.
