Default attempting to set up 2nd vlan

we purchased a Cisco wireless access point and has the ability to run with a public wireless vlan. we currrently have an FS750T2 smart switch but I'm having problems getting it set up
Our current LAN is 10.0.1.xxx
LAN router is 10.0.1.1
WAP is 10.0.1.2
Switch is 10.0.1.4
WAP is plugged into port 48

We have two public IP addresses, the one currently used through our LAN router. I've installed another router with IP 192.168.10.1 with DHCP turned on.

I have vlan2 set up on the Cisco WAP. I have the 2nd router plugged into port 46.

I can't figure out how to configure the FS750T2 switch to create that vlan2 so that we can use the public wireless through our 2nd router using the 192.168.10.xxx
