Default LG BD570 Blu Ray Connection Problems

My LG Blu Ray BD570 will not connect to my WNDR4000 router. The router sees the MAC address but will not make a connection. The error message on the blu ray player is connection failed. I have done the typical power cycles, etc. Also tried to set a static IP for the blu ray player and had same connection issue. LG suggested that the MAC filter be turned off which it already was. Any other thoughts on what I can try to get this blu ray player to work?

Thank you for the quick response. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem. Still received error saying that it cannot connect.

Find the gateway ip of ISP under router status and use that on Player

Ex
192.168.0.44
255.255.255.0
X.x.x.x- ISP gateway
