I've just upgraded to premium service. Which seems to have worked allright.
Now I want to add user number six and get the following message: "A file system error occurred on the server." And of course no new user created. I've already run the selfcheck, which didn't help. Haven't gone to reflashing the Stora yet. The Stora seems to work fine for all other functions. What to do? |

What firmware version are you on? It may need the reflash to get the lastest firmware onto your stora.

I'm on 2.6.2.0.0.427:1.2.329, I beleive to be the most recent.
In the mean time I noticed that I can't make any changes to the existing account either. Same error. |

I got this error frequently but in other situations.
What's your configuration? JBOD or mirror? I got JBOD. Tryed restarting stora? |

I've got a single disk in JBOD mode.
As I wrote, tried the selfcheck procedure several times, which included several reboots (including powerdown). Nothing helped so far. I don't like to go to to reflashing as i'll have to reconfigure the whole unit then and I'm not sure what'll happen to Mysync folders. |

For those who care: reflashing fixed the problem.
