Default New router instable wireless connections

Hi all,

i got a new router WNDR4000, which is very instable what wireless concerns. I work with various devices, like 2 iPad's, 2iPhones and a macbook. But after its is online for a few hours i cannot connect to it. Rebooting it will help for just a few hours.

I can see it, have good signal but just cannot connect.
Wired is no issue

iPad, IPhone both wil go into standby mode which sometimes will make the connection. This is common asked question throughout the forum which are also not model specific.

try look for updated firmware (support.netgear.com) sometime it may help these type of issues also what's call power polling

I just updated the router to 1.0.88 the latest firmware, then did a factory reset and reconfigured it as access point following the knowledgebase file linked several times in this forum.

But wireless connection is possible now but just a little to non connection.
is it damaged?
Can't imagen a 30 euro router works better then this 100+ euro router. Simple access-point i have had absolutely no issues with ipads, iphones and such.
but also my macbook is working horribly
