Default Horrible support

For lack of any other avenue, here goes.

I have used NetGear products for over a decade, so when the last one started acting finicky I decided I would upgrade, and they have this great new product that lets you plug storage or a printer into the router and share it!! AWESOME!!!

Until you have to contact support, because the product does not work as advertised, really at all. The support person can barely speak english (not her fault), has no idea what she is doing (every question I answer is followed up with "Can you give me a minute to look that up?" - again, not her fault), and then doesn't know how to use the phone system, disconnects me after 45 min and a "I'll have to send you to level 2 tech support".

The Coup de Grace is the feedback request from Netgear asking for my feedback which has a link that is invalid. Buyer beware!!!! Find a geek friend and ask for their help, you're better off.

Peace!
