do you have configured any static routes in the fvs114?
It seems the router cannot find the correct way back...

I have only configured static routes for the internal lan which is on a different subnet from the internal router IP. 10.x.x.x and the router is on 192.168.x.x

that is your issue.. it will only allow what is specified on vpn policy
