Alerts and Logs Mail problem

Hi guys,

I'm experiencing a strange behaviour with a VPN SSL 312.

I 'm supposed to receive e-mails containig logs and alerts from this device every day at a scheduled time. Unfortunately this features do not works.

My e-mail configuration settings are good and the same parameters are fine using another device.

Logs records are actually on to SSL device but won't go out.

when I try to send logs from the logs settings interface while clicking the corresponding button I can seen in the lower left hand of the screen a message indicating "error on page".

does it mean tha a script has gone wrong and probably it is a bug ?

Which firmware and which browser?

Where are you emailing it to?

I'm using the latest firlware version 2.3.03.
The browser is IE version 7.0 6001.18000.

The e-mail recipent is my e-mail outside my peronal network.
this e-mail adress works fine

I provided the adresse, the correct smtp serveur adress smtp.xxx.yy
I checked is authentification or not is a clue (it is not)
