Default Cannot ping router

I just reset my router with the manual button in the back of the router and cannot get it to respond to a ping.

i've got a wpn824 v2

was working fine a couple days ago.

ping both do not respond.

any suggestions?

see "router reset" on my sig below and step 1,3

also after this, do ipconfig and if you are getting IP from the router.

did you do firmware upgrade?
