Default WNR2000 Keeps Rebooting

I just set this router up the other day. It's using WPA & WPA2, connected to my PC using WN311B (which doesn't appear to have a Windows 7 driver). I'm thinking I shouldn't have bought this router...

Basically, it just resets itself randomly. My connection will drop, I walk out in the living room, and it's got a yellow light and is rebooting itself. Why is it doing this?

It's definitely rebooting. The lights all go from green and normal, to yellow and no activity lights. On a wired connection, it resets the connection.

Windows 7 is in final RTM mode, practically released, isn't that enough to make some drivers for it?

I just had to hook my old router back up because this thing will not work. It just keeps rebooting itself. I reset it and unplugged it for awhile and now it just keeps rebooting. It connects to my cable modem, turns on the WAN, reboots, and does this about 12 times before it just gives me a solid yellow/amber power light. I read this could be a firmware corruption, but it does at least turn on and work for a second, and firmware was up to date when I bought it, so I have no idea, except I'm regretting my purchase. I bought it used so I can't really return it.

from initial post and this one.. issue is on WAN? rebooting..

far as WIN7 driver.. contact support. forum will not have any solution to when it will come out.

if rebooting is on WAN issue , use PC wired the router ONLY and diagnose...

It's not just the WAN, it's the entire thing, wired and wireless. Almost like it's turning on and off. It does the same with wired, as I tried troubleshooting it with a wired connection. The whole thing just reboots like someone is turning it on and off. I think I'm going to see if I can return it or something but I'd like to get it working. Looks like it's tough to find a good reliable router.

It does it no matter what I do. I define reboot by...well, rebooting. All the LED's go out except power, which turns yellow, like when you first turn it on.

Nope. I can't remember the last time I used a torrent and don't even have any torrent software on any of my computers.
