WNR2000v2 & Protocol 41

My new WNR2000v2 seems to drop protocol 41 PDUs (i.e. IPv6 tunnelled in IPv4).

Using Wireshark, I can see protocol 41 PDUs on the LAN segment from my computer to the WNR2000,but not on the segment between the WNR2000 and my cable modem.

Does the WNR2000v2 block protocol 41 by default? And if so, is there a configuration option to open this protocol (I can't find one...)?
