Unhappy Wireless camera system causing interference

I currently own the Netgear RangeMax, Model WPN824v3, which has been working great until I start operating my wireless security camera system at the same time.

Has anyone ever had a problem in dealing with interference issues with wireless devices obstructing your wireless router?

The security camera system (4 channel RC530A) receiver has been causing distractions, where the minute I plug it in, my internet/printer won't operate properly.

Any way around this? Can a frequency change be an easy fix for this? Any other ideas? Let me know.

Thanks!

If the cameras use the 2.4GHz band to transmit on, then try setting the router wireless channel to either channel 1, or channel 11. If neither of these help then there’s little chance on any other channel working well either.
