Default Upgrade Firmware

I called Netgear support in regards to my guest network issue and they suggested I upgrade the firmware. I was able to get the .75 firmware and downloaded it. I go into the router setup, router upgrade and browse to the updated fimrware and click upload. It sees the firmware, compares the version very quickly, flashing across the screen. I then get an error, "Failed to update firmware" and it goes back to the original screen.

I have a wndr3700 v1 and am using the WNDR3700-V1.04.75NA firmware. Any assistance on how I can upgrade the firmware is appreciated.

Jim
