This is a good drive?

Looked over the Hard Drive compatibility list. Hard to find those drives in stock and at reasonable prices. Then glancing over some of the threads, it becomes apparent that it's okay to drift from the compatibility list. I was going to buy something over on eCost, and on a lark decided to see if I could add a hard drive to my shopping cart and double up on shipping. I ran across this:

Seems like a relatively decent buy. It's new, not refurbished, and I can combine it with my order and the shipping is nominal.

I've currently got:
WDC WD10EAVS-00M4B0

And that's been damn near impossible to track down.

What do you guys think? This should work, right?
