Default FW: 324: Fast backward issue and change of subtitles

Hi,

1)
In the FW 324 the Fast Rewind (<<) is stil not always working on DVD backup

2)
On DVD the changing the subtitles still need to be executed two times before action happens.

Additional:

Will it in the future be possible to change position on subtitles in DVD and BD material?

Regards
Kim

I can't think of any useful way to do this, since DVD and BD subs are graphic overlays. Maybe you can describe what problem you are trying to solve?

I found yesterday that I couldn't fast rewind in a DVD iso - I'll have to test and see if it is common problem. The fast forwarding is stupid too - you fast forward at 32X and the timer says you've gone 27 mins and then it actually only skips 8 mins or something.

On Dune MAX it is possible to change the vertical position of the subtitles, i.e. to move it outside the picture frame.

The dialog in the subtitle menu on the TV550 indicates the same feature should be available.

But it is not working. Reposition is not possible.

Same issue on FW 325.

Kim
