Where to setup DNS Server - at Computer Level or at 3700 Router?

I wonder which is the best way to set up the default DNS Server - Should it be at the Computer or at the Netgear 3700 router as the router provides the facility to specify a different DNS server other than that of the ISP?

home end router will all do the NAT which handles ALL DNS query

if you do not want that specify the at pc side.

makes no differences other than individual preferences

AND you can you use DNS of your choice,, ISP, opendns or other DNS servers
