Default Problem with PS101 (AddPort Failed)

Bought a PS101 to replace an older print server that died on me.

Setup this new PS101 with an IP address. From the "NETGEAR Print Server Administration" I am able to print a test page to the printer which happens to be an Epson DFX5000+.

However, when I go create a port (Windows 2003 Server) I get the error AddPort Failed. I've tried on two different servers. Same error.

Someone on this forum suggested I just use the Standard TCP/IP port instead. However, that doesn't work either. If I install the printer using that port directing it to 10.10.10.150 then print jobs fail. Even though I can ping that IP.

Moving the print server software to Win7 causes the same error. Also tried on Windows 2000 Server.

What gives? Anyone know? Thanks for any help!
