Hey I just saw this router on Best Buys site, but can't find exact specs anywhere.
Is this similar to wndr3700, wndr3800 or a separate product. I would assume it would have time machine support since it is geared towards mac users- so the hope would be it is a white wndr3800. Anyone with info let me know. Just ordered a wndr4000 a few days ago, but could always switch to this if it seemed to better suit my needs since I won't be using the 450 speeds, but could use time machine, clear channel etc. |

It has some similiraty specs with the wndr3700 but it is made for MAC users and yes it has time machine support. For more information here is a link ftp://downloads.netgear.com/files/WN...UM_15Apr11.pdf for the user manual.

I believe hardware-wise, the WNDRMAC = WNDR3700v2 = WNDR37AVv2 = WNDR3800. Only difference are that the WNDR3800 will more utilize the 16MB flash chip by including more OpenWRT packages on the firmware they install, eg print server, auto channels, etc..

By reading info at this link below, I assume the WNDRMAC does not support Time Machine and the WNDR3800 does support Time Machine. (See last big paragraph under Guest Network)
