Please help - My daughter bought her self a Vizio TV with internet apps - we try to log in and able to see our name on the list of wireless connections but when we type in the password it comes up "unable to connect".. I've called my internet provider.. Netgear and Vizion no one has been able to help ... I even tried Geek Squad and they offered to come and fix it for a not so fair price.... Please help!

type of encryption may not work. change the encryption type and lower wireless mod to 54Mbps (B&G mode)

by encryption type do you mean WEP.. WPA-PSK - these different options?
