Greek Subs not Working most of the time..

Hi,

I am a reseller of computer products. I have sold this item to a customer who came back and said that subs do not work. Just tested the unit, when playing an .avi file with integrated subs everything is ok. But when playing a file with separate .srt files or .mkv files, even if I choose Greek encoding or UTF-8, the subs appear in almost non-readable format (missing characters..). One question.. Does anybody know when a new firmware will be released that fixes these issues? Am really surprised that this product hit the Greek market and Netgear in Greece has not taken it back off the shelves till this is fixed...
