WG311 v3 - LOADS of issues.

Ok well I have had 2 WG311 v3s working on 2 seperate machines both running XP SP2. I recently built a new computer running Windows 7 64-bit with 8GB of RAM. On my computers running XP I never had an issue with the cards and they ran fine. But for about 2 months now I have been trying off and on to get these cards to work on my Windows 7 pc that I have permanently moved to.

My problems with everything so far is:
1) Device manager cannot see either WG311 v3 card (I installed 2)
2) After installing the setup says that once I restart than the system will bring up onscreen instructions upon startup. That doesn't happen.
3) The smart wizard for the cards that has been installed on my desktop will not open.

I have disabled driver signing, I haven't gotten a code 10 error so I haven't removed half of my RAM (I don't think I have gotten the error because Device manager doesn't seem to like the cards.)

Basically whatever can go wrong when installing a wireless card is going wrong. I don't see how netgear has not made functional drivers for this product yet, windows 7 has been out almost a year now and they should at least have the drivers working. The drivers I have installed are the ones that say compatible with windows 7. (5.0.0.3 I think)

I just want some help I have read hundreds of threads on the issue (I usually don't ask for help when it comes to these things.) and I would say out of all of those threads only 20 of them had someone get it to work. I don't have the money to go out and get different cards and I don't plan on getting new ones when these should work but I am getting really annoyed at this point.

Any help would be great I don't know what else to do here.
