Problem playing wave 24/96 files from USB memory stick

Hi, I am new in this forum. Got two NEOTV 500s a couple of weeks ago. I can only get a continuos burst of white noise when trying to play 24/96 wave files using a USB flash memory stick (standalone mode, front or back USB ports, problem happens with both units I bought). No problem with a few other files in memory stick with different encoding & resolutions (FLAC works fine all the way to 24/192, and lower resolution wave files work fine too). Have latest firmware. Files play perfectly if USB memory stick is connected to USB port in my computer. Any advice will be most appreciated.
