I've been using my sc101t with:
Samsung HD103UJ 1TB since January without any problem; Seagate ST31500341AS 1,5 TB for 1 month completely OK. I hope my information is useful. |

Sc101t Firmware version 1.1.3
Running 2 WD15EADS hard drive 1.5TB. All working fine although only 1.36 useable TB per drive with the format structure. I had a lot of trouble making things work properly with the device failing during format and the software crashing. I updated the motherboard and lan drivers to latest and it worked no problem. |

That's OK. 1.5 TB is actually 1500/(1024^4)=1364.24205 MB. More: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Megabyte

Two SC101T units have successfully worked with:
Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500Gb Model 3500320AS Samsung 1.0TB Model HD103UJ Samsung 1.5TB Model HD154UI (although having trouble with one drive as it doesn't want to connect - one perfect, one problematic). |

I have come to the conclusion that any drive larger than 1TB is problematic as the 1.5TB drives seem to cause problems once they fill up to that 1TB limit.
