MKV Perfect Sound but Black Picture

Hi folks,

I have this MKV File that I can watch with VLC and it plays perfectly ... but when I want to watch it on my TV (Panasonic 36", made in 2000) using my Netgear

EVA9100 ... all I get is Sound and the Picture is Black ... and when I Fast Forward the MKV file ... it jumps thru the Pictures, and I see it the Picture but

then it freezes on that picture ... but the sound continues to play ... but the picture does not move.

Also, I tried to remux the darn file ... then the Audio is Out of Sync with the Video ... when I try to play it using VLC. I never did try this remuxed

version on Netgear since it does not play even right in VLC.

Q1: Can anyone tell me what the problem is with this MKV?

Q2: How can I correct this problem the "Easiest" way?
