STORA and 2TB Western Digital WD20EARX

Hi all,
Thought I'd post this issue before I contact Netgear Support direct...
I have just purchased two new 2TB Western Digital WD20EARX drives for my STORA as they were on the compatibility list on the Netgear website.
I plugged both in, powered up the STORA and the lights flash green then both revert to solid amber. Strange.
I took the drives back to the store where I purchased them and they installed in their PC test bed and tested - All OK.
So, I installed just one of the drives in the STORA, powered up, the light went green, then held at solid amber for about 20 seconds then reverted to green! All ok, I can read/write from the NAS.
I then installed the second drive, the light goes green but then reverts to solid amber! So I have one drive good, one bad.
Has anyone observed this behaviour with these specific drives or others? I'll be peeved if this is a known problem with the STORA and these drives as the drive compatibility list on the Netgear site says these should be OK.
Any help appreciated!
