Dell XPS 17 crash.

Every time I plug the adapter in to my dell I get this after the usb driver is loaded, and it's loading other drivers.. the screen flashes, then flashes again and shows me the crash dump.. It's always the same.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000001 (0x000007fefda813ea, 0x0000000000000000, 0x000000000000fffe, 0xfffff8800ad72b60). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 032212-18064-01.
