Hi,
I have been getting comcast notice of illegal downloading. When I look at the letter, I noticed that someone is using eDonkey protocol to download files like airbender or teen wolf.. not my taste. I have a Netgear WNDR3700 and have been trying to figure out how to block eDonkey activities. Is it possbile to steal someone ip address to download. I would not think so. I am assuming somone cracked my WEP key and started downloading. I changed my WEP key. I assume that is not strong enough. I will change it to WPA2 AES tonight. More important, how do you block eDonkey or emule acitivites on a Netgear WNDR3700? If yes, what are the steps? Thanks, John |

1. Use WPA2-PSK [AES].
2. Disable Router's PIN. -- Chuck |
