When I try to gen on the net with my ISP is says unable to connect. when I try to use netgear it keeps saying invalid password. I just registered ntgr & am using the password they emailed me & it won't work. any help would be loved!!! I'm NOT tech savvy!

go to support.netgar.com , download the manual to the router

you will learn now to login the router.

also see router setup on my sig below . it will help you setting up

Thanks!! For some reason I can get on to the netgear support page on my phone but not on my home computer? It worked once but now keeps saying "page took too long to respond." On well I guess I'll try it on my phone.
