Mediainfo doesn't understand it either. However, it has theora video and vorbis audio, neither of which is supported by the NTV.

I created a freeware tool (vid2eva) which can convert most of these (not test4, so that needs some more investigation...). You can find it at vid2eva.lefti.net. If you want to try it, you should probably register there, as I prefer to answer questions/provide support there instead of on the netgear site.
