Netgear Genie Support for Switches/Access points

Sorry if I posted this in the forums, but I couldn't find any section related to the newly developed Genie application.

My question is, well the Genie application support Switches/Access points of netgear in the future.

I wish to upgrade my whole home network which consists of a 8 port Gigabit Switch and 2 Access Points and I am wondering will I be able to monitor the network using this app (as I see it only supports a few routers).

and could Netgear switch identify netgear Access points and could access data of the access point directly from the switch like computers logged on and internet usage?

there is some new app that netgear released at CES
