Default GA511 Creating bogus SA & DA MACs?

I have a GA511 running the 5.621.327.2007 driver in my Dell D820 Laptop running Windows XP Pro SP3.

Connecting a 1Gig Ethernet test set to my GA511 and generating a VLAN tagged 100 Mbps stream, Wireshark displays alternating rows of expected an unexpected packets. One row looks correct with the expected SA and DA MAC addresses and VLAN tag, but the next row shows seemingly random SA and DA MACs and no VLAN tag.

Using a different company's NIC on a different machine (same OS) I do not get the problem (all SAs, DAs, and tag are as expected). I checked with the test set's manufacturer, and they've never seen this before.

I'm guessing there is an advanced setting for the GA511 or something in the registry that must be changed to fix this, but I'm at a loss to identify it.

Has anyone else seen this problem?
