Default Print server in a wirless+ethernet network

Hi! I need to set up a limit for each user who wants to print. I've a network with 5 pc connected to a main file server via LAN and 4 AP that provides a radius connection to 80 different client wireless...how can i set up the limit? what have i to buy?

This is not a "network" issue as much as it is a "print management" issue - Netgear's print servers don't offer such a feature, it MAY be possible to mamange it via the file server assuming that it can be used as a print server.
