5 Ghz question

Hello

I am thinking of upgrading my Netgear WNR2000 router to the N750. I have both N and G devices which I need to connect via wireless can this router do both 2.4 and 5Ghz at once? 5Ghz has a faster through put than 2.4Ghz but I understand there are distance limits but are there any other considerations when using the 5Ghz band? last question are the wired ports 10/100 or gigabit any help much appreciated.....

either of router is not wired router ...

distance are the issues in 5Ghz

there is 450Mbps on both bands in 4500 router.

you will need latest wireless adapter as well

Thanks for the quick reply. However Im still confused - my WNR2000 has 4 ethernet ports 10/100 ( I call this wired maybe incorrectly ) I presume the N750 also has these ethernet ports hopefully gigbit. Want I want to know can I use both 2.4 and 5 Ghz wireless bands at the same time so all my devices both n and g connect at the same time - are there any cavats in doing this?
