I have had the DGN2200 for a few months now. I have had lots of issues with it.
The connection drops for a minute or so every 2-4 hours for a minute. Router status says that it is still connected to the internet, with all the appropriate information set. I am in the UK on Talk Talk talk. Disable SIP ALG checked. I have changed the filter on the phone line several times. I am connected via cat5 wire to the router. I can plug in my 10 year old Netgear DG834G and I do not have the same problems. |

Is there anything I can setup in the logging to get this problem to be recognized?
Do I have to speak to technical support? I am thinking of returning this box as it is not fit for purpose if I cannot vpn. |

Hi - I'm having exactly the same problem with the DGN2200 on TalkTalk. Did you get anywhere with a solution? I'm also looking at returning it for another router.
Thanks Steve |

Yep, I've got the same problem with the DGN2200. My previous DGN834 worked without dropping connection for months, but the DGN2200 drops out regularly. Any solutions yet?
Any recommendations for a replacement modem that works? |
