Please help, I had my stora offline for about 9wks due to a house move, now I have everything back up and running, but my administrator password no longer works....! I would be the first to admit that I do forget the odd password now and again, so I just tried the password reset using the supplied CD.
This process does not work for me at all, I open the stora application after rebooting the Stora and I just get the same screen, asking for username & password...! NOT the reset screen I should get. I have tested the connection (port forwarding) and all is fine. Any advice...? Cheers |
