Default Looking for a used Neo 550.

Not sure if this violates any rules on this board but if anyone is interested in selling me their working 550, please let me know.

From the sound if it, some here are throwing in the towel. If so, I'd be interested. Please note that a new 550 can be had for $85 on Amazon.

Thanks,
8bit

They are all over eBay. However most sellers want way more than the Amazon price.

I noticed that. I need a replacement for my parent's old WDTV. It would also keep me from having to configure NFS shares on the WDTV unit running custom firmware. It's a bit of a pain. Not to mention the theme, etc. I guess I've gotten lazy with the Neo and Dune.

Thanks,
8bit

If no new firmware is released I may get that in a few months.

Blimey, anyone fancy bringing me one from the US? $85 is about £50 .. they are £130 on amazon.co.uk

I'm quite happily have another to replace my aging Popcorn Hour 100 which struggles to play half of what I throw at it. The NTV550 isn't perfect but for a simple to use video streamer that the wife can use, it's fine. For £50 I'd have another, but not for £130.
